Peering Policy



We don’t have a specific peering policy actually but we reserved the right to do one or to change our peering policy at any time.
We currently don’t accept private prefixes (RFC 1918) & private AS number.
We don’t require a md5 password for the BGP session but is possible to configure one.
The minimum IPv4 prefix to be announced is /24.
Only RIR (RIPE NCC, ARIN, APNIC) registered prefixes shall be accepted by Altitude telecom

Link layer restrictions



The below listed protocol are explicitly forbidden:
No discovery protocol (CDP, EDP, IRDP).
No L2 resiliency protocol (VRRP, HSRP or such).
No VTP, GVRP.
No ICMP redirect.
No BootP/DHCP.
